Contract: Undead Suppression – Jungle Perimeter Status: Resolved

Assets were dispatched at the request of a local authority to investigate recurring undead activity beyond the village boundary. The source was traced through overgrown ruins, a collapsed cave passage, and a partially intact temple structure. Activity terminated at a private residence previously belonging to a solitary spellcaster.

Primary resistance consisted of reanimated fauna and humanoid remains. Density was higher than expected but lacked coordination. No spread beyond the affected zone was observed following intervention.

Recovery successful.

Notes:

Reanimation appeared sustained rather than spontaneous.

Several constructs demonstrated residual habits from life. This did not improve their effectiveness.

Environmental degradation suggests long-term neglect, not recent catastrophe.
